Overview

Team Communication is a snap!

Traditionally, playing on a tennis team has a lot of communication associated with it.  Along with this comes alot of stress and sometimes confusion.  With multiple threads of emails, you can easily lose the latest update on a match or practice.

TennisFolder has been designed to take the stress out of team communication and management.  Now, easily stay in touch with the team and see the latest line-up changes, food assignments, practice schedule, match summaries and so much more!

With a single click, you can easily contact your team-mate, respond to a practice or match, or see your upcoming food assignment.

How do I join the team?

Your team captain has to invite you to join the team.  All you need to provide the captain is your email address.

Once you receive the invitation and confirm yourself, you are on the team.

TennisFolder can be used on a website or on the mobile app.  You can respond with availability for matches and practices, and stay in touch with the team.

Team Matches

The entire season of events show up on the home page. Team Matches show up with an orange bar:

Players can set their play preferences (including partner preferences and type of game), mark their availability for future matches, view and confirm match line-ups on TennisFolder.

When line-ups are published, you will receive a notification and email (based on preferences) and you can confirm yourself.  Optionally, the captain can also make food assignments for home matches.

Team Practices

The captain or co-captain will create team practices during the season.  Players receive notifications when new practices are created.  Team practices show up with a pink bar:

As a player, you can mark your availability for upcoming practices and you will receive a notification when the practice is full and confirmed.

Note that unlike matches, marking your availability for a practice means you are automatically in when it fills up.
