Q. How does a USTA re-scheduled match get updated on TennisFolder?
A. Once a USTA Match updates on USTA, it will automatically update the match schedule on TennisFolder and inform the team of the new schedule. Sometimes the update may be a few hours later then it shows up on USTA.
Q. Does Availability entered in USTA automatically show up on TennisFolder?
A. No. Players must update their availability only on TennisFolder for matches and practices.
Q. How do I know a line-up is published?
A. The Match event will show a solid color for the top-right corner on the event box.
Q. How do I know I am in a match?
A. The Match event will show a solid green color for the top-right corner on the event box.
Q. How do I inform the team I can't make a practice I am confirmed in?
A. Click on the practice of interest, and then mark yourself unavailable. This will re-open a confirmed practice for others on the team.
Q. Are my personal preferences seen by others on my team?
A. Your personal preferences are not seen by anyone on your team except your captain and you.
